Reel and spool warranty:

Correntoso reels, have a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, limited to defects in material or workmanship. 

This warranty covers our products, provided that they are used for their specific intended purpose. This warranty does not cover any damages arising from accidents, misuse, alteration, repair or services performed by third parties other than Correntoso. 

This warranty is exclusively limited to repairs or replacement of the reel, at Correntoso sole option. 

In order to keep your reel in good condition, we recommend that product maintenance instructions be followed. Please see the original manual. You can also see more information in Reel Care page.

In order to activate the warranty, register your product within 30 days of the purchase, here.

If the problem can not be solve with our help, and in case you need use your warranty, we will send you by email the Warranty Service form to print it and send it with the complete reel or spool set to:

IMPORTANT:​

Customers shall be responsible for shipment costs incurred in connection with the service. For all return shipments, the original owner will be responsible for the costs fee for each repaired item to cover processing, return shipping and insurance cost.

Correntoso Reels does not assume responsibility for damaged fly lines or backing.

 

For non-warranty repairs or services, we will contact you with a quote for the repair for approval prior to initiating repairs.
